Coastal Lawn & Landscape offers the full landscape experience that makes outdoor maintenance worry free. With our easy approach we leave everything on the table for you to understand from our billing to our maintenance package, we like things simple! Our service starts April 1st running to and or around November 15th. Customers are billed monthly. First payment is due at signing then recurring payments are net 30 from invoicing date. Invoicing is on a 8 month billing cycle starting April 1st -November. Customers must have credit card on file for automatic payments this ensures payments are made promptly month to month and service will not be interrupted. We know how busy day to day tasks can be so we want to leave more time for more important things to worry about like enjoying family and friends!
Through the growing season 28-32 turf cuts per season. This includes pick up of turf debris, small sticks light garbage leaves etc..
Season start clean-up, including trimming and pruning and hand pruning of all shrubs and trees up to 12'. We recommend installing mulch at this time as it helps hold moisture for growing plants and it also provides a natural weed barrier. Pr-emergent is added at time of install. Mulch install shall be billed separate from package.
Ongoing shrub & bed maintenance to keep up with weed & plant growth throughout the season.
Monthly hard surface weed control of curb lines concrete walks etc..
Core aeration.
